Describe the phases of the volume-pressure diagram of the cardiac cycle in the left ventricle from this image.
Phase I is period of filling, goes from 0mmHg at 45 ml (end systolic volume) to 5mmHg at 110ml. 
Phase II  is period of isovolumic contraction, pressure increasing with contraction, but valves closed 
Phase III is period of ejection.  Pressure continues to rise with contraction even as volume falls,
Phase IV is isovolumic relaxation.
