　ある語や表現が言語Aから言語Bに借用される際、言語Aの形式をそのまま取り入れず、語の構成要素を分解して、その構成要素を翻訳し、言語Bの語構成規則に従って再構成する借用方式。
ex. En. flea market < Fr. marché aux puces (market with fleas)
