Infant older than 2 weeks and up to 3 months old. New onset nonbilious projectile vomiting. Palpable olive-shaped mass may be present in the abdomen. Parents endorse seeing peristalsis. There are some electrolyte derrangements including: hyponatremia, hypokalemia, and hypochloremic metabolic alkalosis. What is your top suspected diagnosis? Initial imaging?
