- Vitals, physical including: fluid status CBASE H2O = cap refill, BP, anterior neck veins (i.e. JVP), skin turgor, eyes sunken, HR, oral mucosa, output of urine, perfusion (e.g. cool extremities, altered mental status)
- Labs: CBC, lytes, Cr, urea, lactate, VBG
- IVF
- Trendelenberg position
- Monitor I+O
- Consider vasopressor
