Commit #106003
Hypotonic hyponatremia if SOsm < 280 mOsm/kg
Isotonic hyponatremia if 280 < SOsm < 295
Hypertonic hyponatremia if SOsm > 295
Urine is concentrated (ADH responding appropriately) if UOsm > 100 mOsm/kg
RAAS is appropriate if UNa < 20-30 mEq/L (i.e. extrarenal salt loss)
RAAS is inappropriate if UNa > 20-30 mEq/L (i.e. renal salt loss)
Isotonic hyponatremia if 280 < SOsm < 295
Hypertonic hyponatremia if SOsm > 295
