Educate
  • Avoid fish high in mercury. Light vs white tuna and limit consumption to 4 x 2.5 oz/ wk. Avoid barracuda, marlin, tilefish, tuna steak, raw fish, shellfish. 
  • Reduce exposures in home
  • Avoid travelling to Zika-infested regions, and if necessary, use strict prevention
