Circulation -
- Poor feeding: dry mucous membranes, tachy, --skin tugor, -- urine output
- Warn shock (common in adolescents): flushed, widened PP (pulse pressure), CRT <2s
- Cold Shock (common in neonates/infants): pale, narrow PP, CRT > 2s
- fever >5 days, focal infection, non-blanching pupura, erythematous rash
- Focal infection features
